The role combines hands‑on management of Microsoft Purview with strategic vendor and stakeholder engagement, team development, and governance alignment. Manila‑based team growth and cross‑functional collaboration are key success factors.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of leadership in DLP programs.
• Hands-on with cloud-based DLP solutions, esp. Microsoft Purview.
• Familiarity with Azure security architecture and related certs a plus.
• Strong data classification, risk-based controls, and policy development.
• Experience coordinating security operations with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the global DLP strategy, tools, and team.
• Oversee Enterprise DLP implementations with a focus on Microsoft Purview.
• Improve DLP policies, controls, and detection across cloud, endpoints, and collaboration tools.
• Coordinate with IT, legal, compliance, and business units.
• Manage DLP vendor relationships and performance.
• Monitor operations, provide leadership reports and recommendations.
• Mentor Manila team and support talent development.
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity frameworks and governance.
