Job summary

Bewell is seeking a capable supervisor to lead and mentor a team of Medical Representatives across the designated district in the Philippines. You will monitor performance, train staff, and ensure day-to-day responsibilities are met while driving sales operations within the district.

This role also involves executing marketing programs, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating activities to cover the GMA area. A strong pharma background and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Preferably with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
