Job summary

Crunch Fitness in San Diego County seeks a high‑energy District Personal Training Manager to oversee PT operations across multiple clubs. You will recruit, coach, and develop PT teams while driving production and delivering an exceptional member experience.

This full‑time leadership role requires weekend availability and a strong track record in multi‑unit PT leadership, personnel development, and revenue growth. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany a nationwide gym culture.

Qualifications

2–4+ years of PT leadership, ideally multi‑unit or high‑volume.
Strong ability to coach, develop, and motivate PT teams.
Expertise in PT sales systems, onboarding, and performance management.

Responsibilities

Recruiting & talent development: hire, develop, and manage PTMs, APTMs, and Trainers.
Onboarding & training: lead new hire onboarding, vision training, and KO scripting.
Production & revenue management: drive PT production and KPI tracking.
Member experience & retention: elevate Crunch vibe and manage client feedback.
Leadership & operations: coach leaders, run huddles, and ensure standards across clubs.
