Job summary

The/Nudge Institute seeks a field-focused program professional to drive the graduation approach in rural areas. You will engage with state SRLMs to reach vulnerable women, ensuring timely delivery of activities and solid stakeholder engagement across districts.

The role requires 4–6 years in development, district-level experience, and a two-wheeler with a license. Based in Mawkyrwat, South West Khasi Hills, India, with field deployment and impact focus.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be graduate; post-graduate will be preferred.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in development projects.
• Experience with district-level NRLM/SRLM roles preferred.
• Own two-wheeler with valid license for field work.

Responsibilities

• Understand and practice the Spirits of The/Nudge Institute and SRLMs.
• Ensure activities are implemented on time with quality per plans.
• Coordinate with DMMU and BMMU for smooth implementation.
• Organize capacity-building training for project team and community.
• Lead field visits and manage stakeholder relations at grassroot level.
• Ensure documentation, data collection, and reporting to offices.
• Support monitoring & evaluation of projects.
