Job summary

FILADAMS PHARMA, INC. is seeking a Distributor Relations Personnel / Sales Coordinator in Quezon City on-site. The role focuses on building rapport with distributors, monitoring sales performance, and coordinating communications.

Responsibilities include supporting distributor accounts, arranging promotions and samples, tracking payments, updating licenses, and pursuing new distributor opportunities. 1–3 years experience and a Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage distributor relationships and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Establishes good rapport with distributors.
• Communicates with distributors regularly through phone calls, text messages, messenger, Zoom or any means of communications.
• Keeps track of distributors' sales performance, reminding them of their performance from time to time.
• Keeps track of distributors' accounts payable, reminds and follows up on their dues using the report from the Credit and Collections Officer.
• Maintains/keeps updated distributors' License to Operate (LTO).
• Updates distributors on relevant matters such as new products, promos, etc.
• Creates or comes up with gimmicks or promos for distributors.
• Allocates monthly samples (1% of the previous month’s sales performance).
• Allocates Christmas give-aways, if there are any.
• Attends toqueries and concerns of prospective distributors.
• Searches for new and potential distributors.
• Such other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
