Quanta Paper Corporation in Cebu City, Philippines, seeks a Warehouse & Logistics /Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee daily DC operations, ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods, and maintain inventory accuracy.

You will lead warehouse staff, coordinate with logistics, sales, and other departments, implement 5S and Good Warehouse Practices, monitor performance, and prepare operational reports.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Experience with SAP, OTIF, inventory reporting, and warehouse best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storage and dispatch of finished goods.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct reconciliations.
• Coordinate timely deliveries to customers and branches.
• Lead, train and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Implement 5S and Good Warehouse Practices.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze performance.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales and other departments to resolve issues.
