Job summary

Okada Manila invites applications for an Associate - Distribution. The role handles physical distribution from the warehouse to requestor divisions, ensuring complete, accurate, and documented deliveries with proper handling.

Qualifications include at least a high school graduate (college level an advantage) and basic training in material handling, safety, and customer service; Tesda/NC2 certification is a plus. Fresh candidates with aptitude may be considered with training.

Responsibilities

• Ensures physical delivery is performed without damage, loss, substitution, contamination, or documentation gaps.
• Obtains required signatures, acknowledgements, and delivery confirmations in accordance with established procedures.
• Reports shortages, damages, delays, refusals, and other delivery exceptions immediately to the Senior Associate or Officer.
• Follows routing, delivery priorities, handling instructions, and internal customer service standards.
