Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customs Administration, Business Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in logistics, fleet management, or cold-chain distribution.
• Food industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of route planning, fleet operations, cold-chain, and food safety.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the safe, timely, and cost-effective dispatch of finished goods.
• Plan delivery schedules and optimize routes.
• Monitor transport costs and fleet performance.
• Ensure cold-chain temperature compliance and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with 3PL and transport providers.
• Monitor deliveries, assets, and delivery reports.
• Handle delivery issues and unexpected situations in transit.
• Lead and supervise the dispatch/distribution team.
