Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Pasig, Metro Manila, is seeking a Dispatching & Distribution Supervisor to oversee the prompt and safe dispatch of finished goods to customers. You will manage delivery schedules, optimize routes, and ensure cold-chain compliance as part of our quality system.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of supervisory logistics experience, particularly in fleet management or cold-chain distribution within the food sector. The role is on-site in Pasig with a 6-day work schedule.

Thorough understanding of route planning, fleet maintenance, cold-chain regulations, food safety transport parameters, and third-party logistics (3PL) management.

Geographical/route optimization skills, crisis management in transit, meticulous delivery reporting, asset tracking, and strong supervisory leadership.\"

Education Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or related field.

Experience 3-5 years of supervisory experience in logistics, fleet management, or cold-chain distribution, ideally within the food industry.

Salary Range P30-35k
