Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous, and accurate support via phone, chat, or email to customers worldwide.

• Assist guests with account information, order status, technical inquiries, and Disney-related services.

• Maintain customer satisfaction through expert problem-solving and empathetic communication.

• Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues effectively.

• Stay up to date with the latest products, services, and promotions across Disneys platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications
