ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE in Tagaytay City, Cavite, is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will clean dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment, maintain the dishwashing station, and uphold high hygiene standards during busy service.

This full-time role requires physical fitness, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team while following safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Dishwasher or similar food-service cleaning role.
• Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment and manual washing techniques.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Physical fitness to stand for long periods and lift heavy items safely.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high hygiene standards.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and willingness to take direction.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
• Knowledge of chemical safety and proper handling of cleaning agents is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and hand-washing stations to clean dishes, glasses, cutlery, and utensils.
• Sort and rack dirty dishes and cookware according to type and material for effective cleaning.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines, monitor cycles, ensure items are thoroughly cleaned.
• Inspect cleaned items for quality and proper sanitation before returning to service areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dishwashing station, floors, surfaces, and drainage areas.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including chemical handling and PPE use.
• Stack and store cleaned items in designated areas in an organised manner.
• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to management.
• Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties as required.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment at all times.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team at ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE. This is a full-time position based in Tagaytay City, Cavite. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our establishment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitised. This position is essential to our daily operations and contributes directly to our commitment to providing customers with the highest standards of service and cleanliness.

What you'll be doing

• Operating commercial dishwashing equipment and hand-washing stations to clean dishes, glasses, cutlery, and kitchen utensils efficiently
• Sorting and racking dirty dishes and cookware according to type and material to ensure proper cleaning
• Loading and unloading dishwashing machines, monitoring cycles, and ensuring all items are thoroughly cleaned and free from residue
• Inspecting cleaned items for quality and proper sanitation before returning them to service areas
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dishwashing station, including floors, surfaces, and drainage areas
• Following all health and safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and use of personal protective equipment
• Stacking and storing cleaned items in designated areas in an organised and accessible manner
• Reporting any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to management promptly
• Assisting with general kitchen cleaning duties as required
• Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment at all times
