Wolters Kluwer seeks a Director of SaaS Migration Program Execution to oversee the global migration from legacy to cloud. You will manage commercial and technical migrations, coordinate Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Legal, and drive scale-driven outcomes.

The Director, SaaS Migration Program Execution, will be responsible for overseeing the entire migration process for Wolters Kluwer CCH Tagetik’s existing customer base. This position will own the transition from legacy deployment and commercial models to the strategic cloud platform and the latest packaging and pricing models. Responsibilities include: Managing the migration of commercial models for cloud customers who are still using legacy models. Leading both the commercial and technical migration for on‑premise customers. This role is accountable for converting migration strategy into operational execution, coordinating cross‑functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Cloud Operations, Legal, Finance and Product. The position requires a highly hands‑on leader capable of driving customer migrations at scale while managing complex customer‑specific situations, particularly within the on‑premise installed base where commercial, contractual, technical and organizational complexity is highest. The role serves as the central point of accountability for migration outcomes, capacity planning, execution governance, risk management, and business value realization.
Oversee end‑to‑end execution of commercial and technical migrations from customer qualification through technical assessment, commercial design, implementation, testing, product transition and post‑go‑live optimization. Coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams throughout the migration lifecycle while proactively resolving delivery risks and execution blockers. Ensure consistent execution quality across regions through standardized migration methodologies and operational standards.
Lead the commercial migration program for existing cloud customers transitioning to the new packaging and pricing model. Partner with Sales and Renewal teams to execute structured, cohort‑based commercial migrations aligned to predefined customer lifecycle triggers such as renewals, cloud expansion opportunities and cross‑sell events. Balance customer retention, migration velocity, commercial standardization and ARR realization while ensuring compliance with commercial governance and negotiation guardrails.
Capture lessons learned from completed migration waves and incorporate them into future migration planning, execution standards and governance processes. Continuously improve migration methodologies, planning assumptions, operational playbooks, reporting and customer engagement models. Drive increased standardization and scalability of migration execution while maintaining flexibility for strategic customer situations. Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and optimize migration processes across commercial and technical functions.
