Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in software/firmware/technology engineering delivering complex products at scale.
• 7+ years leading multiple development teams in software, cloud, hardware, or industrial tech environments.
• Knowledge of end-to-end software development, testing, deployment, security, and maintenance.
• Experience defining technology roadmaps translating customer/market needs into strategy.
• Proven ability to build capable teams, set clear expectations, and drive organizational effectiveness.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; capable of cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering, QA, DevOps, and deployment teams with a focus on innovation and dependable delivery.
• Guide Agile Release Trains and multidisciplinary teams responsible for Guardian software and solutions.
• Define and execute the technical vision, architecture, and product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Drive process improvements and scalable automation to strengthen team capabilities.
• Set priorities, objectives, and success metrics; support engineering leaders and train leadership.
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Collaborate with leaders across functions and locations to improve coordination and outcomes.
• Champion continuous improvement in software development and delivery.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends related to software and automation.
• Strengthen software quality, cybersecurity, compliance, and operational resilience.
