Job summary

Mace is seeking a Project Director - Program Management to oversee delivery across multiple projects, ensuring time, cost and quality targets are met. You will lead teams, align scope with budgets, and manage risk across programs.

The role requires extensive infrastructure/engineering PM experience, PMP certification, and the ability to coordinate with executives and clients. Hybrid work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Graduate in engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in project management for infrastructure/engineering projects.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with project portfolio or program management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on strategic direction, planning, design, procurement and construction.
• Agree scope, budget, and programme with Project Managers.
• Establish KPIs for costs, timeliness and quality.
• Ensure resources availability with planning and control teams.
• Monitor quality, risk, timeliness and financial controls.
• Lead contracts and commercial initiatives with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Senior Leadership Team and stakeholders.
