Emapta Global is seeking a seasoned Director of Facilities Management to lead a 14-site portfolio with distributed teams and critical infrastructure. You will set standardized facilities processes, manage budgets, and drive workplace services for business continuity and growth.

This role requires strong leadership, travel across the Philippines, and executive visibility. You will oversee preventive maintenance, admin services, and vendor contracts, ensuring consistent service levels and scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive facilities management experience.
• 3–5 years in a senior multi-site leadership role.
• Experience managing facilities operations across at least 10 sites simultaneously.
• Required experience in BPO, shared services, or a comparable fast-paced, large-scale multi-site environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of preventive maintenance and critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, fire/life safety, generators).
• Experience overseeing administrative and workplace services (front desk, housekeeping, support functions).
• Proven ability to establish and implement standardized facilities processes, SOPs across multiple locations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills; travel across Philippine sites.

Responsibilities

• Own preventive maintenance and technical operations across all 14 sites.
• Lead a multi-skilled technician team for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Develop maintenance schedules, SLAs, and lifecycle plans to minimize downtime.
• Manage front desk, housekeeping, and admin services across all locations.
• Ensure consistent service levels and standards regardless of site size.
• Oversee vendor and service provider relationships.
• Design and roll out standardized facilities processes and SOPs across all sites.
• Identify and lead optimization initiatives on cost, headcount, response times, and service quality.
• Build and mentor a distributed facilities team and establish performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance & Technical Operations

• Own the preventive maintenance program for all critical building equipment, including HVAC, electrical, fire/life safety systems, generators, and related infrastructure across all 14 sites


• Lead a team of multi-skilled technicians responsible for preventive maintenance execution and minor repairs


• Develop maintenance schedules, SLAs, and equipment lifecycle and replacement plans to minimize downtime and unplanned repair spend

Administrative Services Management

• Lead front desk, housekeeping, and administrative support functions across all locations


• Ensure consistent service levels and standards regardless of site size or location


• Manage relationships with outsourced and third-party service providers where applicable


• Design and roll out standardized processes, procedures, and SOPs for facilities and administrative services across all 14 locations


• Identify and lead optimization initiatives across cost, headcount efficiency, response times, and service quality


• Develop frameworks and playbooks that extend seamlessly to new sites as the footprint grows


• Build, lead, and develop a distributed team of facilities managers, multi-skilled technicians, and administrative services staff


• Establish performance metrics, accountability structures, and reporting cadences across the multi-site team


• Own the facilities and administrative services budget across all locations


• Negotiate and manage vendor and service provider contracts
