Job summary

EY is seeking an Okta IAM Specialist in Taguig to design, implement and support SSO, MFA and identity lifecycle processes for enterprise applications. You will integrate apps via SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0 and SCIM, manage users and provisioning, and develop automation using Okta Workflows or scripts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing and administering Okta in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, MFA and least privilege.
• Experience with directory integrations such as Active Directory, profile mappings and automated provisioning.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON and scripting or programming (PowerShell or Python).

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and support SSO, MFA, authentication policies and identity lifecycle processes.
• Integrate applications using SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0 and SCIM; test and troubleshoot authentication and provisioning flows.
• Administer users, groups, application assignments, directory integrations and profile mappings; automate joiner, mover and leaver processes.
• Develop automation using Okta Workflows, REST APIs or scripts with secure credential handling and error management.
• Monitor service health, System Log events and integration failures; resolve access, enrollment, synchronization and provisioning incidents within SLAs.
• Investigate complex issues, document root causes and coordinate with application teams and vendors to prevent recurrence.
• Execute approved changes, certificate renewals and maintenance with testing, deployment and rollback plans.
• Maintain solution designs, runbooks and test evidence; support access reviews, audit requests and knowledge transfer.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and support single sign-on, multifactor authentication, authentication policies and identity lifecycle processes.
• Integrate applications using SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0 and SCIM; test and troubleshoot authentication and provisioning flows.
• Administer users, groups, application assignments, directory integrations and profile mappings; automate joiner, mover and leaver processes.
• Develop automation using Okta Workflows, REST APIs or scripts with secure credential handling and error management.
• Monitor service health, System Log events and integration failures; resolve access, enrollment, synchronization and provisioning incidents within agreed service levels.
• Investigate complex issues, document root causes and coordinate with application teams and vendors to prevent recurrence.

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing and administering Okta in an enterprise environment, including production support.
• Strong understanding of SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, multifactor authentication and least privilege.
• Experience with directory integrations such as Active Directory, profile mappings, group rules and automated provisioning.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON and scripting or programming, such as PowerShell or Python.
• Ability to troubleshoot using logs and diagnostic tools, manage incidents and changes, and communicate with business and technical teams.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred qualifications

Relevant Okta certification; experience with Okta Identity Engine, Workflows, passwordless authentication, infrastructure as code, IGA or SIEM integrations.
