Job summary

SoftwareOne seeks a Digital Workplace Professional Services Consultant to design, implement, and deliver modern workplace solutions that empower customers to collaborate securely and efficiently. You will work with Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and related services to meet business goals.

You will partner with architects, PMs, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions while ensuring successful project delivery across adoption,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering modern workplace, cloud, or digital workplace solutions for customers.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies and modern collaboration platforms.
• Understanding of identity management, endpoint management, workplace security, and cloud-based services.
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
• A collaborative, customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Digital Workplace projects from discovery and design through implementation, migration, and transition to operations.
• Design and implement Microsoft-based workplace solutions including Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and workplace security services.
• Facilitate customer workshops, technical assessments, and solution review sessions to understand requirements and define outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery, identifying risks, resolving challenges, and ensuring successful customer outcomes.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, technical proposals, and customer presentations.
• Contribute to service innovation, automation, reusable delivery assets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
