All Done 88 Construction Orporation is seeking an experienced IT Transformation Leader to guide organization-wide digital modernization. You will plan and execute strategic IT programs, align roadmaps with business goals, and oversee enterprise systems integration and data governance.
The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and change management skills to drive process automation and measurable business impact.
Lead the planning, development, and implementation of organization-wide digital transformation programs and IT modernization initiatives.
Develop and maintain the organization’s digital transformation roadmap in alignment with strategic and operational objectives.
Oversee the implementation, integration, enhancement, and optimization of enterprise applications, digital platforms, and information systems.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve business processes, productivity, service delivery, and data-driven decision-making.
Provide senior-level technical and strategic guidance to management and business units on technology investments, systems architecture, and digital initiatives.
Establish and oversee IT governance, technology standards, project controls, cybersecurity requirements, and risk management practices.
Manage cross-functional technology projects, including requirements definition, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation evaluation.
Lead process digitization and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual and redundant processes.
Coordinate with internal teams, external technology providers, consultants, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of IT programs.
Oversee systems integration and interoperability across business applications, databases, digital platforms, and other technology environments.
Support the development and implementation of data management, reporting, analytics, and information governance initiatives.
Lead organizational change management and user adoption activities associated with major technology implementations.
Monitor project performance, technology risks, resource requirements, deliverables, and implementation timelines.
Establish performance measures and assess the effectiveness, sustainability, and business impact of digital transformation initiatives.
Develop technical documentation, policies, standards, procedures, and management reports related to digital transformation and IT operations.
Perform other strategic IT functions and responsibilities as may be assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Preferably with a master’s degree, relevant professional certification, or advanced training in IT management, digital transformation, project management, or a related discipline.
At least 5–8 years of progressive experience in IT, systems development, digital transformation, enterprise applications, IT project management, or related fields, including experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Demonstrated experience in managing technology projects involving multiple stakeholders, systems integration, process automation, or digitalization.
Strong knowledge of enterprise information systems, IT governance, cybersecurity, data management, cloud technologies, and emerging digital technologies.
Experience in strategic planning, technology assessment, vendor management, and implementation of organization-wide IT solutions.
Strong leadership, project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to translate organizational requirements into practical, scalable, and sustainable technology solutions.
