Job summary

Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc. is seeking a senior leader for Affinity Marketing Digital Sales Head to drive the digital sales strategy across the Affinity Channel and manage partnerships with key partners.

You will develop campaigns, coordinate with stakeholders, and optimize end-to-end processes from sales to claims to achieve targets while enabling a flexible hybrid work setup for non-sales roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Digital Direct Marketing in Financial Services.
• Proven track record of Direct Marketing (digital & traditional) & Sales programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the digital sales and marketing strategy of the Affinity Channel.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure products are distributed digitally.
• Create and distribute engaging digital marketing materials to increase sales.
• Present Digital Sales and Marketing plan and negotiate with Affinity Partners' decision makers.
• Assist in end-to-end processes: sales, application processing, billing and collections, policy fulfillment and administration, customer service, claims; coordinate with internal units.
• Review program results vs targets and propose improvements.
• Maximize potential from existing Affinity Partners to drive premium production.

What will you do as [Position Title]:

The Affinity Marketing Digital Sales Head is responsible for achieving sales and premium volume targets by developing and managing Digital Direct Marketing campaigns for new and existing Affinity Partners.

• Develop and drive the digital sales and marketing strategy of the Affinity Channel
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure that the right products are distributed digitally
• Responsible for the creation and distribution of engaging digital marketing materials to increase sales
• In presenting Digital Sales and Marketing plan and negotiating with decision makers of prospective and existing Affinity Partners
• Assists in developing end to end process. Processes include sales, application processing, billing and collection, policy fulfillment and administration, customer service, claims, etc. This involves coordination with SLGFI internal units as well as SLOCPI support teams.
• In reviewing program results vs. targets and develop recommendations and procedures for future programs which include production performance analysis.
• In maximizing the potential from existing Affinity Partner through generation of target premium production based on criteria set in terms of potential, business fit, payment mechanism, partners commitment and reputation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4 year bachelors degree preferably on business management.
• With at least 2 solid years of experience in Digital Direct Marketing in Financial Services Industry.
• Responsible for at least 2 successful Direct Marketing (traditional and digital) & Sales programs in the market.
• Proficient in digital direct marketing and selling financial products direct to consumers via Digital Channels.
• Skilled in MS Office software (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) and other office computer programs or applications.
• Knowledge in IT platforms (API, B2B integration, etc.) a definite advantage.
