This role requires strong process orientation and cross-time zone collaboration.

Qualifications

Job description

The Digital Media Operations Lead is responsible for supporting digital media operations across ISS Media's global portfolio of brands. Reporting to the Head of Global Operations, this role oversees advertising operations, digital performance reporting, and operational best practices to ensure the efficient execution and optimization of digital campaigns.

Leading a global team of Ad Operations, SEO, and Social Media specialists, the Team Lead provides day-to-day leadership, establishes effective workflows, and supports cross-functional collaboration to maximize campaign performance, audience engagement, and overall digital growth. The ideal candidate combines strong expertise in digital media operations, advertising technology, and performance analytics with a collaborative leadership style and a passion for process improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Team Management & Operations

• Manage and support a global team of Ad Operations, SEO, and Social Media specialists.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and workload coordination to ensure projects and priorities remain on track.
• Act as the primary operational manager for team members, helping remove roadblocks and escalating issues when additional support is needed.
• Coordinate with functional and business leaders to ensure team members receive appropriate direction, training, and support.
• Establish and maintain workflows, documentation, and operational best practices across the team.
• Monitor team capacity and priorities to support efficient execution of digital media initiatives.
• Foster collaboration and communication across team members working in different disciplines and regions.

Advertising Operations

• Oversee the trafficking, monitoring, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns across the organization's websites, newsletters, and digital platforms.
• Ensure advertising inventory is managed effectively and campaign delivery goals are achieved.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of campaign delivery, targeting, tracking, and reporting issues.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure advertising commitments are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain ad operations processes, documentation, and quality control standards.
• Support the ongoing use and administration of advertising platforms, including Google Ad Manager and related technologies.

Reporting & Analytics

• Manage regular reporting on advertising performance, audience engagement, website traffic, and other key digital metrics.
• Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and accessible for business stakeholders.
• Monitor performance trends and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reporting tools, and performance tracking systems.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis requests as needed.

Process Improvement & Platform Management

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across digital media operations.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new tools, workflows, and processes.
• Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Assist with platform administration and coordination across advertising, analytics, content, and audience systems.
• Promote best practices that improve team productivity, quality, and execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital media, advertising operations, digital marketing, publishing, or a related field.
• Previous experience managing people or coordinating the work of a team.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising operations, campaign trafficking, and performance reporting.
• Experience with advertising platforms, analytics tools, and reporting systems.
• Familiarity with SEO, social media, audience development, and website analytics concepts.
• Experience with Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams across multiple regions and time zones.
• Comfortable balancing hands‑on execution with team leadership and operational oversight.

Work Location & Schedule

• Amenable working at Makati City on a permanent night shift schedule (10pm - 7am, Manila Time)
