You will follow weekly directions from the owner, report progress, and stay on schedule while delivering clear, actionable content that aligns with our brand voice and educational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and scheduling posts for Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
• Ability to create short-form or explainer videos using tools such as Promo, Canva, or CapCut.
• Proven experience building and editing websites in WordPress using Elementor.
• Solid understanding of on-page SEO and how to structure pages to rank.
• Comfort using AI tools for content writing, page building, and research.
• Strong written English for clear, educational web and social content.
• Dependable under deadlines, careful with the small stuff, and able to work without direct oversight.
• Strong communication skills and consistent progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and post content across Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube

• Embed video content on website pages and prepare links for use in email follow-ups
• Update and maintain existing WordPress websites built with Elementor
• Build new pages and landing pages designed to improve search rankings
• Develop new niche websites on unused domains, from structure through to published content
• Apply on-page SEO best practices, including keywords, meta titles, descriptions, and internal linking
• Use AI tools such as Elementor AI, ChatGPT, or Claude to speed up page building and content creation
• Work through the weekly priorities set by the owner and report progress on completed tasks

Short videos, well-built pages, and a steady social feed can lift a brand together, and a hands-on Social Media Virtual Assistant will produce all three for us. You will help grow our online presence across social media and our websites, creating and publishing social content, turning our ideas into short educational videos, and supporting our websites by building SEO-focused WordPress pages and new niche sites. A candidate who executes quickly, is comfortable with AI tools, and can take a clear weekly direction and deliver it is the ideal fit.
