Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist in Quezon City for a hybrid, night-shift role. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, optimize messaging, and manage email marketing and social media to drive new client acquisition and strengthen existing relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing outreach or digital marketing.
• Experience managing both customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
• Proficiency with Mailchimp including segmentation, AB testing, automation, analytics, and reporting.
• Experience managing business social accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent written English with strong copywriting and a consistent brand voice.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and drive campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Availability to support US Central Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outreach campaigns to acquire new customers and strengthen engagement.
• Transform product messaging into multi-channel campaigns for different target audiences.
• Plan, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp with segmentation, A/B testing, automation, and reporting.
• Manage social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and engagement.
• Create and adapt marketing copy aligned with the brand voice for prospecting, client communications, product updates, and promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and propose improvements to boost engagement and conversion.
• Coordinate campaign schedules with sales, partnerships, and seasonal initiatives to maximize impact.
• Prepare regular KPI reports with leadership in mind, highlighting insights and growth.
• Collaborate with the VP of Strategic Partnerships & Growth to support brand positioning while handling day-to-day execution.
