Wing Assistant is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. This part-time role is 20 hours per week, scheduled 9:00 AM–1:00 PM AUS Time, with 100% remote work and a salary package up to ₱50K/month.

You will manage performance marketing (Meta/Google), build and deploy Klaviyo email campaigns, and coordinate social media for multiple brands. Proficiency in Figma and Google Workspace is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Must be highly autonomous and capable of building systems and workflows from scratch.
• Strong in performance marketing (Meta/Google Ads) and email/CRM marketing.
• High across reading, comprehension, written, and spoken.
• Must have working/proficient experience in Figma, Klaviyo, Google Workspace, and paid advertising platforms.
• The client wants someone who can proactively recommend campaign improvements and work across up to seven different brands without step-by-step direction.

Responsabilités

• Email & CRM Marketing: Build, upload, schedule, and deploy email/SMS campaigns in Klaviyo. Convert approved designs into Klaviyo campaigns and maintain CRM workflows.
• Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content across multiple brands. Create social media assets using Figma with client-provided copy and brand guidelines.
• Analytics & Reporting: Pull and organize performance reports across paid ads, social, email, and SMS. Track metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Marketing Operations: Establish repeatable marketing processes and workflows; organize campaign assets in Google Workspace and propose new approaches.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Email & CRM Marketing: Build, upload, schedule, and deploy email/SMS campaigns in Klaviyo. Convert approved Figma designs into Klaviyo campaigns and maintain CRM workflows.
• Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content across multiple brands. Create social media assets in Figma using the client's provided copy and brand guidelines.
