Job Overview:

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in managing client relationships while ensuring the seamless execution of marketing and business growth initiatives. This position serves as a key link between clients, internal teams, and leadership by supporting strategic account direction and overseeing day-to-day account management and project coordination.

The role is responsible for driving account performance through effective client servicing, strategic marketing support, and operational excellence. This includes developing tailored marketing strategies, coordinating project execution, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring deliverables align with client objectives and brand standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the development of data driven marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and long term business goals
• Identify and drive growth opportunities across brand positioning, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives
• Conduct market analysis, performance evaluations, and competitor assessments to support strategic decision-making and business expansion
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to oversee the execution of integrated marketing initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to optimize results, improve ROI, and support continuous growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and maintain strong, long term business relationships.
• Manage client communications, project timelines, deliverables, and expectations to ensure seamless account coordination.
• Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning discussions to align marketing initiatives with client objectives.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for account growth, retention, and additional service offerings.
• Support business development efforts through client presentations, proposals, and consultations.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and understanding their business needs.
• Coordinate solutions that align with client objectives and company services.
• Maintain organized account records, reports, and documentation.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
