Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Digital Marketing Producer to drive digital content projects from planning through launch. You will partner with Digital Marketing Managers, development teams, and external agencies to deliver engaging, multilingual web experiences across Xerox websites.

The role emphasizes CMS-based content production, project management, and close cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, accurate, and optimized digital content that supports Xerox’s branding and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience with web content management systems (CMS) like AEM, Contentful, or WordPress.
• Experience building, publishing and maintaining web pages in multiple languages.
• Experience supporting digital content integrations with social media, demand generation or advertising.
• Experience coordinating technical implementations with development teams.
• Strong project management, planning and organizational skills.
• Experience using web analytics platforms (GA, Adobe Analytics).
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage changing requirements, priorities, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define and document requirements for new or updated web content.
• Create, update, and publish global web pages per approved specs and processes.
• Build and maintain multilingual web content using CMS platforms.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, estimates, deliverables, and timelines.
• Track progress and communicate status, risks, dependencies, and next steps.
• Coordinate technical implementation with development teams.
• Conduct quality assurance to ensure content accuracy and timely delivery.
• Prepare final project reviews and hand over deliverables to Digital Marketing Managers.
• Apply SEO best practices and use tools to optimize content.
• Prepare website performance and analytics reports as needed.
• Understand Xerox products and messaging to recommend effective digital experiences.
• Support content publishing and train new team members on CMS processes.
• Contribute to brand campaigns, content strategy, and site optimization projects.
• Stay informed about emerging practices and trends in digital content production.
• Manage multiple projects with accountability and attention to detail.
