Job summary

Outsourced. ph is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our Inform & Assurance brands. You'll run major campaigns hands-on across our products and act as the senior point of support for Campaign Managers responsible for the portfolio.

This role puts you in the platforms and data room with strategists, managers and creatives. You’ll shape campaigns with insight and help drive world-class creative, rather than just pulling levers on someone else's assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on campaign management experience.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Experience guiding agency partners.
• Ability to collaborate with strategists, campaign managers, and creatives.

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our Inform & Assurance brands. You'll run major campaigns hands-on across our key products and act as the senior point of support for Campaign Managers looking after the rest of the portfolio.

This isn't a back-seat strategy role. You'll be in the platforms, in the data, and in the room with our strategists, campaign managers and creatives. You'll shape campaigns with your insight and help drive world-class creative, rather than just pulling levers on someone else's assets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading paid media strategy and execution for our major brands Inform & Assurance products, working alongside our agency partners
• Acting as the senior go-to for the Campaign Manager covering the wider product range
• Guiding and mentoring agencies to make sure they deliver against our goals and standards
• Working closely with strategists and creatives to build campaigns that perform
• Owning reporting, optimisation and leadership-ready results across Meta, Google, and Bing, with LinkedIn in the mix

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of hands‑on campaign management experience
• Strong, hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (essential)
• Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Experience managing and guiding agency partners
• Confidence working across a team of strategists, campaign managers, and creatives
• High attention to detail and pride in the reports and results you put your name to
• Tenacity when you hit a wall. If you're blocked or can't get access, you chase it down rather than wait
• A hunger to learn and grow you're good at PPC and want to become great at digital strategy

Nice to Have

• LinkedIn Ads experience
• A background working in or with an agency
• An interest in standards, compliance, or assurance (a bonus, not a dealbreaker)

Work Schedule: M to F 7am to 4pm
Work Location: Homebased
