24x7 Direct is seeking a remote Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to support an Australian real estate and building/construction business. You will create artwork for both digital and print, and manage social media, online profiles and campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, proficiency with Canva and Mailchimp, and solid English writing skills. You will work independently and maintain branding across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Portfolio of sample work required.
• Proven Canva or similar graphic design tools experience.
• Experience managing business social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile and online ad platforms.
• Strong written English and attention to detail.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Real estate or construction marketing experience is a plus.

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to support an Australian real estate and building/construction business.

The ideal candidate will be confident creating quality artwork for both digital and print, and managing our social media, online profiles and marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate will primarily handle graphic design and digital marketing tasks, helping build our online presence and produce quality marketing material across digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design social media posts and marketing artwork using Canva or similar tools
• Create artwork for print marketing materials (flyers, brochures, signage, etc.)
• Use AI design tools where helpful to speed up content creation
• Maintain consistent branding across all materials

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage and schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Set up and manage email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp
• Manage and update Google Business Profile listings
• Assist with setting up and monitoring online ads (Facebook/Google Ads)
• Conduct AI-based/online searches for content ideas, market trends and competitor insights

Work Environment & Expectations

While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

This role requires:

• Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)
• Use of time tracking software during work hours
• Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
• Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
• Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task

Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: PHP 35,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
   • 10 days annual leave credits
   • 5 days of sick leave
5. HMO offered after 6-months' probation
6. Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days

9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
10. SHIFT TIMES: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday.
