Job summary

LaVie in Manila is seeking an Associate, Digital Marketing to support the company’s online growth by assisting with execution, optimization, and reporting of digital campaigns across social, search, and display.

You will help plan and implement campaigns, monitor performance with tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads, and collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver timely, brand-consistent content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 1–2 years of brand, marketing or communications experience.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and storytelling.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace; Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Open to nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using analytics tools.
• Create engaging content for digital channels and social media.
• Monitor social channels for trends and engagement opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing, design and content teams to align campaigns.
