Job summary

Paramount Life & General Insurance Corp. is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to support planning, execution, and performance analysis of digital marketing initiatives. The role focuses on monitoring campaigns, preparing reports, and deriving insights to improve engagement across online platforms.

You will work with various teams to analyze data, identify trends, and help optimize campaigns, ensuring data accuracy while maintaining dashboards and forecasts. Makati-based, 8:00–5:00, Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or a related role.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics and campaign performance analysis.
• Experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager/Facebook Insights, Looker Studio, Search Console, SEMrush, Similarweb, or similar tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Google Analytics Certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing performance reports and dashboards.
• Analyze customer, website, and campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of digital campaigns and recommend actions to improve results.
• Support the development of campaign measurement strategies and performance tracking.
• Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
• Conduct audits of digital marketing executions to ensure accuracy and compliance with campaign objectives.
• Assist in preparing business forecasts and performance presentations for management.
• Maintain marketing analytics dashboards and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support data-driven marketing decisions.

Your role:
