1902 Software Development Corporation is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant in the Philippines. The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media and content, and supporting product launches.

Training is provided to build product knowledge and proficiency with modern marketing tools. You will work with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze data, improve performance, and coordinate marketing activities across channels.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience in digital marketing, marketing, communications, or related role
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, digital advertising, SEO, and analytics
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva, or similar platforms
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational/time-management skills
• Comfortable using digital tools, websites, and online platforms
• Willingness to learn about technology, software, e-commerce, SaaS, or AI products
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactive, adaptable, and ownership-minded
• Positive attitude and interest in digital marketing career

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Manage and update social media accounts, website content, and other digital channels
• Create and coordinate social media posts, basic marketing materials, articles, and other content
• Assist with Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and other digital marketing activities
• Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, campaign results, and leads
• Prepare marketing reports and performance summaries
• Assist with product launches, product communications, and promotional campaigns
• Maintain product information, website content, store listings, and release updates
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Coordinate marketing tasks and timelines with marketing, design, development, and other teams
• Maintain marketing files, documentation, and knowledge-base content
• Support customer and client communications related to marketing and product information
• Assist with other marketing projects and day-to-day activities as assigned

We’re looking for a proactive, analytical, and execution-driven Digital Marketing Assistant to help grow our brand, products, and customer base through effective digital marketing and product communications.
