Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence is seeking a Web Designer to join the Digital Marketing & Web team in Alabang, Muntinlupa. You will craft corporate content, design engaging web pages, and support SEO initiatives to boost visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Web Design, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content writing, web design, UI/UX, or related areas.
• Strong corporate content writing and SEO/content optimization skills.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX and responsive web design principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality corporate content for websites, blogs, social media, campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content using SEO best practices to improve visibility and traffic.
• Design and maintain website pages, landing pages, and other digital interfaces with focus on UI/UX and responsiveness.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and assets using tools like Figma or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to translate designs into functional, responsive web experiences.
• Review and improve website usability, navigation, content structure, and overall user experience.

Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing & Web Specialist is responsible for developing corporate digital content, improving SEO performance, and designing and maintaining engaging, user-friendly web experiences. The role combines content writing, SEO, UI/UX, and web design, working closely with Marketing and technical teams to strengthen the company's digital presence and ensure a consistent brand experience across digital platforms.

• Work with developers to translate designs into functional, responsive, and visually consistent web experiences.
• Review and improve website usability, navigation, content structure, and overall user experience.
• Ensure digital content and web designs are aligned with corporate branding and messaging.
• Monitor website, SEO, and content performance and recommend improvements based on data and user behavior.
• Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, SEO, UI/UX, and web design.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Web Design, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content writing, web design, UI/UX, or a combination of these areas.
• Strong corporate and business content writing skills.
• Solid understanding of SEO and content optimization.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX and responsive web design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both content and web/UI design work.

Preferred:

• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or front-end frameworks.
• Experience in BPO, outsourcing, technology, or corporate environments.
