Metacom Careers is seeking a customer service representative to support members using digital health platforms. You will handle inquiries via voice and omnichannel channels, assist with orders, billing, returns, and account concerns, and ensure issues are resolved professionally.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, meeting quality targets, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions. Weekend and shift work are required.

Qualifications

• College graduate with or without work experience.
• Completed at least two (2) years in college with a minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience.
• Above-average English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good comprehension and attention to detail.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through voice and omnichannel support (email/chat as needed).
• Assist customers with product information, orders, billing, returns, and account-related concerns.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while providing accurate and professional service.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
