Job summary

Multiply Mii, a US-based gaming furniture brand, seeks a Digital Growth Specialist to own and accelerate the brand's digital presence across organic search, AI-powered discovery, and direct-to-consumer Shopify channels.

You will build systems, leverage AI, and drive measurable outcomes through SEO, AI search optimization, email and SMS campaigns, and performance dashboards while collaborating with teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and executing organic growth and SEO strategies.
• Experience conducting technical SEO audits and coordinating website improvements.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify website ownership or day-to-day site management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with third-party developers for technical changes.
• Manage email (and SMS) campaigns and automated journeys via Shopify Email.
• Grow subscriber lists using ethical acquisition strategies.
• Improve email engagement, conversion, and revenue.
• Develop lifecycle campaigns for new and repeat customers.
• Monitor website performance using analytics tools.

About the Role

Our client is is seeking a highly motivated Digital Growth Specialist to own and accelerate our digital brand presence. This role is responsible for increasing the brands' visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery platforms while improving the performance of our Shopify website and growing our direct-to-consumer business.

This is not a traditional digital marketing position.

We are looking for someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems, leveraging AI to work efficiently, and taking ownership of measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, self-directed, and thrives in an environment where they can identify opportunities and execute independently.

Responsibilities

Organic Growth & SEO

• Develop and execute the company's organic growth strategy.

• Improve rankings for high-value gaming furniture keywords.

• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis.

• Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate improvements.

• Monitor search trends and identify new content opportunities.

• Improve website architecture, metadata, internal linking, and schema markup.

AI Search & Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

• Develop strategies to increase the company's visibility within ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and future AI search platforms.

• Optimize content for AI-generated search results.

• Create structured, authoritative content that AI systems reference and recommend.

• Monitor emerging AI search trends and recommend new initiatives.

• Partner with internal teams to ensure product information is AI-friendly, accurate, and comprehensive.

Shopify Website Ownership

• Own day-to-day optimization of the company's Shopify website.

• Launch new products, landing pages, and promotional content.

• Improve user experience and conversion paths.

• Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates.

• Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall site health.

• Partner with the company's third-party developer to scope and prioritize technical/implementation changes.

Email & SMS Marketing

• Manage email (and SMS) campaigns and automated customer journeys via Shopify Email.

• Grow subscriber lists using ethical acquisition strategies.

• Improve email engagement, conversion, and revenue.

• Develop lifecycle campaigns for new customers, repeat customers, and abandoned carts.

Digital PR & Authority Building

• Develop and own backlink acquisition strategies, working direct with publishers where possible (blended agency approach as needed).

• Build relationships with publishers, gaming websites, review sites, and industry partners.

• Identify opportunities for earned media coverage.

• Increase n of the company's authority and domain strength.

Analytics & Growth

• Monitor website performance using analytics tools.

• Build dashboards that communicate business impact.

• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis.

• Recommend experiments and continuously optimize results.

• Own organic website traffic as the primary growth KPI.
