Job summary

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking an experienced Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives for global clients. The role focuses on target operating models, process transformation and enabling technology within CFO and enterprise value programs.

You will drive project delivery, design system blueprints, conduct data modelling and lead teams across multiple sites, including international travel. Strong knowledge of Blackline is required.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate MBA from premier B School; CA or CPA with 8–10 years of experience in Finance and Accounts
• Experience leading finance transformation programs including operating models, shared services and process redesign
• Ability to implement Blackline and other finance technology solutions; strong governance and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery and drive sales pipeline, demos and proposals
• Engage with global clients, run workshops and present to stakeholders
• Drive finance transformation initiatives including target operating model and process redesign
• Oversee multi‑project programs and coordinate cross‑country teams
