Job summary

The Ayala Foundation, Inc. is seeking an Education Local Coordinator for a 1-year contract to advance the Digital Education program across San Felipe to Botolan, Zambales.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and hands-on school visits to ensure smooth implementation. You will collaborate with school leaders, teachers, ICT coordinators, and project staff, coordinate trainings and logistics, monitor progress, and provide regular status reports to keep the program on track and well

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education-related field preferred.
• Experience as a teacher or in education/community development is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular fieldwork within Zambales.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with digital education platforms, hardware, and software (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between schools and project team for Digital Education Program.
• Oversee and coordinate on-site support (school visits) across Zambales.
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met; relay status updates to the team.
• Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and ICT to ensure smooth rollout.
• Coordinate events, trainings, and workshops; ensure resources are prepared.
• Monitor implementation progress; prepare regular reports highlighting successes and challenges.
• Collect feedback from schools to identify improvements and suggest solutions.
• Ensure project is well documented.
