Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and analyse procurement needs across project components.
• Prepare procurement documents and ensure transparency and fair competition.
• Coordinate with project team to define technical specs and timelines.
• Manage supplier inquiries, evaluations and contract follow-up.
• Ensure due diligence and compliance checks per donor requirements.
• Maintain contract tracking and provide audit-ready documentation.
