Job summary

Heidi in Manila is seeking a Digital Designer to own end-to-end creative, from rough briefs to polished assets, across paid social. You’ll craft static and carousel ads, build from case studies, and drive diverse executions that resonate with clinicians across markets.

Reporting to the Senior Creative Strategist, you’ll test ideas quickly, leverage performance data, and shape systems for multiple campaigns while collaborating with performance marketers and localisation teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of design experience with a strong craft and range.
• Solid typography, layout, and grid understanding.
• Familiar with Meta’s creative delivery and Andromeda system.
• Ability to test ideas quickly and learn from performance data.
• Ability to adapt designs across multiple markets and formats.
• Strong collaboration with performance marketers and strategists.

Responsibilities

• Own the design end to end, from brief to asset.
• Turn ideas into multiple, distinct executions for testing.
• Make raw assets usable across formats and markets.
• Track performance and inform future creative decisions.
• Bring references and new ideas to briefs.
