• Delivery management of projects within a portfolio ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery.

• Experience in governance, risk, and enterprise architecture alignment.

Responsibilities

• Leads overall delivery management of each project within the portfolio.
• Defines and finalizes project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Creates and manages detailed project timelines and resource alignment.
• Optimizes resource utilization to meet timeframes and quality.
• Coaches and mentors project team members for accountability.
• Monitors status and clears blockers for SMEs.
• Facilitates post-mortems and sprint retrospectives.
• Reviews architecture designs with the delivery team.
• Identifies and manages risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans.
• Manages project expenses within cost baselines.
