Salary Package: 50,000-70,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday (07:00 AM-04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years’ experience in Creative Design, Graphic Design, or Multimedia Design
• Qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Graphic Arts, or related field
• Strong portfolio across digital, print, motion, and campaign creative
• Advanced proficiency in Figma. [ESSENTIAL]
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) [ESSENTIAL]
• Experience producing multimedia content including video, animation, and GIFs
• Strong understanding of digital and print production workflows
• Experience designing for web, app, eDM, social, and multi-channel campaigns
• Experience with motion design or animation.
• Experience working within design systems.
• Exposure to retail, loyalty, e-commerce, or similar consumer-focused environments.
• Ability to develop storyboards, layouts, and creative concepts
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, digital production, and project workflows
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willing to work HYBRID

What will you do?

• Deliver conceptual and integrated creative campaigns across multiple marketing channels to support marketing and communication objectives
• Produce compelling, commercially focused creative solutions by taking a strategic approach to campaign briefs
• Concept, design, present, and produce high-quality digital communications including eDMs, website and app assets, social media content, customer experience assets, videos, animations, and GIFs
• Work across key digital channels including web, app, social media, and CRM platforms
• Support ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) digital design requirements across the business
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, storyboards, and multimedia content aligned with campaign objectives
• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines, channel standards, and best practice design principles
• Organise, proof, and prepare artwork files for production and deployment
• Amend, revise, and redevelop campaigns in response to feedback from stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams, UX designers, digital designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver campaign objectives
• Work closely with production and traffic teams to prioritise workloads and ensure deadlines are met
• Liaise with brief owners to define project scope, effort, timelines, and campaign requirements
• Proactively identify resourcing or workflow risks and elevate where required
• Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines
• Implement best practice creative solutions and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
• Conduct ongoing research into design trends, emerging technologies, and creative innovations
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration across creative and production teams
• Support efficient creative workflows and contribute to process improvements
