You will manage multiple projects, prepare production-ready files for vendors, and collaborate with remote stakeholders to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years professional design experience
• Strong, polished portfolio showcasing digital, print and environmental work
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into clear creative concepts and assets across digital, print and environmental touchpoints
• Apply visual identity consistently across apparel, signage, environmental graphics and packaging
• Design digital assets (email, onboarding, campaigns, social content) and balance digital with print production needs
• Prepare production-ready files with correct dimensions, bleed, color profiles for vendors
• Manage multiple projects with priorities, formats, deadlines and clear status updates
• Maintain organized files, version control, and reusable templates
• Identify brand gaps or production risks and advise the creative lead
• Perform final quality checks before handoff for brand accuracy and specs

What is your mission?

We are looking for an Environmental and Production Graphics Senior Designer to develop high-quality creative assets across digital, print, and environmental applications. This role translates stakeholder briefs into effective design solutions, applies brand standards consistently across physical and digital touchpoints, prepares production-ready artwork, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and ensures quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Translate rough briefs from marketing, operations, product, and leadership stakeholders into clear creative concepts and finished assets

• Apply the approved visual identity consistently across apparel, club signage, environmental graphics, wall treatments, door decals, window clings, pull-up banners, direct mail, equipment branding, and other physical touchpoints

• Design digital and campaign assets, including email creative, onboarding communications, promotional campaigns, and social content

• Balance digital design requirements with print and environmental graphics production needs

• Adapt brand refresh initiatives across existing materials and locations while thoughtfully interpreting design principles

• Develop and present multiple creative routes when appropriate and explain design rationale to stakeholders

• Collaborate constructively through feedback and revision cycles

• Prepare accurate production-ready files for external vendors, including correct dimensions, bleed, colour profiles, packaging, and output specifications

• Manage multiple concurrent requests, priorities, formats, and deadlines while maintaining clear status communication and dependable follow-through

• Maintain organised working files, version control, and reusable templates to support efficient delivery and future updates

• Identify brand gaps, production risks, or inconsistencies and provide practical recommendations to the creative lead

• Perform final quality checks before handoff to confirm brand accuracy, spelling, alignment, image quality, specifications, and completeness

Who are we looking for?

• Typically 6+ years of professional design experience; exceptional portfolio strength and demonstrated senior-level capability may be considered in place of a specific tenure

• Strong portfolio demonstrating polished, original, on-brand work across digital, print, and physical or environmental applications

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Advanced InDesign and print-production capability

• Demonstrated ability to interpret, extend, and consistently apply an established or evolving brand system

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, hierarchy, image selection, and production fundamentals

• Experience preparing files for commercial print, large-format output, signage, apparel, or environmental production

• Experience working effectively with remote stakeholders

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present concepts, receive feedback professionally, and clarify incomplete briefs

• Self-directed working style with sound judgement and accountability

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work with limited supervision

• Ability to maintain dependable availability during agreed client collaboration hours
