Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Digital Compliance & Transformation Officer & Data Protection Officer (Philippines) to shape the digital legal architecture, standardize processes, and support privacy operations globally. You will lead the privacy program, manage DSARs, incidents, and documentation while collaborating with IT, HR, and procurement to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in business, IT, or related field; 5–6 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on data privacy and compliance management experience.
Experience as DPO and strong stakeholder management preferred.

Responsibilities

Build scalable, audit-ready digital legal and privacy processes.
Lead automation of privacy workflows to improve efficiency.
Act as Data Protection Officer for the Philippines; manage DSARs, incidents, and documentation.
Coordinate work with IT, HR, Procurement, business units, and the legal team.
