Job summary

Nestlé in the Philippines is seeking a dynamic Digital Commerce Supervisor to lead our Syndication, Aggregation, and Monitoring team. You will optimize product content, oversee processes from publishing to point-of-purchase for e-retailers, and drive the digital shelf to meet Nestlé's global standards.

The role requires team leadership, hands-on experience with eCommerce tools, and a data-driven approach to improving performance across marketplaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Media, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
• 2–3 years in eCommerce, content management, or digital shelf monitoring.
• 1–2 years of people management experience.
• Proficiency in eCommerce tools: Salsify, PDH, NielsenIQ Digital Shelf, Amazon Vendor Central.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize content syndication, aggregation, and e-retailer monitoring to ensure consistency and quality across subfunctions.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Digital Commerce Specialists to drive performance and collaboration.
• Utilize Salsify, PDH, NielsenIQ Digital Shelf, and Amazon Vendor Central to monitor and enhance digital shelf performance.
• Drive large-scale digital commerce initiatives, including market onboarding and tool transitions.
• Engage with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and exceptional service.
• Maintain documentation of processes and support models; report on KPIs and website performance.
