Job summary

Care Center Clinic seeks a Digital Commerce Associate to support live selling, social commerce, and digital sales initiatives. You will monitor KPIs, assist with campaigns, and help strengthen online engagement.

You will collaborate with the Marketing team and external partners, coordinate tasks, and contribute to expanding the brand’s online presence. A Bachelor's in Marketing or related field and 1–2 years in marketing or digital roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years in marketing, branding, digital commerce, social media, or a related role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Job Summary

The Digital Commerce Associate supports the company's digital commerce activities, with a focus on live selling, social commerce, and digital sales initiatives. The role monitors digital commerce performance, supports social media activities, and coordinates with internal teams and external partners to strengthen online sales and customer engagement.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

A. Live Selling & Social Commerce

• Lead live selling and social commerce initiatives aligned with brand strategy.
• Support the planning and execution of digital commerce activities to increase customer engagement and sales.
• Track digital commerce KPIs and recommend actions to improve sales and conversion.

B. Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Assist the Marketing team in social media initiatives.
• Support digital marketing activities and campaigns across relevant social media platforms.
• Assist in maintaining and improving the company's online presence and customer engagement.

C. Coordination & Project Support

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed.
• Support the implementation of digital commerce and Marketing initiatives.
• May include other tasks to support Marketing initiatives.
• And any duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Education Background

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Work Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, branding, digital commerce, social media, or a related role.
• Relevant internships are acceptable.

Qualifications / Skills / Training Needed

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest or experience in live selling and social commerce is an advantage.
• Analytical and results-oriented, with the ability to monitor digital commerce KPIs and recommend improvements.
