• Digital application administration and support experience.
• Low-level troubleshooting and issue-resolution capability.
• Content and platform management experience.

• Strong written and spoken English for Australian stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Application administration: Manage day-to-day app operation and publishing processes.
• Issue resolution: Coordinate troubleshooting, maintenance and escalation.
• Content management support: Create, edit, publish, review content.
• Campaign coordination: Schedule announcements and promotions.
• Audience targeting: Segment audiences for targeted communications.
• Data management: Upload, validate and cleanse data.
• Reporting and analytics: Monitor engagement and trends.
