Alveo Land Corp. is seeking a Digital and Corporate Sales Executive to drive growth across residential and commercial properties throughout the Philippines.

You will manage corporate accounts, nurture referrals, and support marketing activities to expand the company's premium real estate portfolio. The role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, delivering market insights, and achieving sales targets through presentations, site tours, negotiations, and end-to-end sales support.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year college degree program.
• Strong professional network and wide client portfolio.
• Previous experience in real estate is an advantage, but not required.
• Background in sales, customer service, or business development from client-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Preferably with digital sales experience, selling premium products.

• Provide clients with timely and accurate insights on market trends, property valuations, and real estate investment opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.

The Digital and Corporate Sales Executive is responsible in handling corporate accounts and referral sources in marketing and selling Alveo Land’s portfolio of premium real estate developments across the Philippines, including residential condominiums, house-and-lot communities, office spaces, and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and actively participate in corporate-initiated sales events, roadshows, client engagements and marketing activities to support business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate employees and referral sources to generate sales opportunities and repeat business.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels to attract qualified leads and drive sales opportunities.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through property presentations, site tours, consultations, contract negotiations, and end-to-end sales assistance.
• Provide clients with timely and accurate insights on market trends, property valuations, and real estate investment opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications
