Job summary

Alveo Land Corp. is seeking a Property Specialist to market and sell its real estate portfolio in the Philippines. You will assist clients throughout the sales process, conduct property presentations, build client relationships and identify sales opportunities while professionally representing the Alveo Land brand.

The role involves developing marketing strategies, negotiating deals, and advising clients on market conditions and investment potential to close transactions successfully.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course.
• Real estate experience is an advantage but not required.
• Sales background preferred (insurance, car, retail, etc.)
