Job summary

Pricon in Cabuyao City, Laguna is seeking a skilled Die Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and improve dies and tooling used in our manufacturing processes. You will help ensure efficient production and high-quality output by performing preventive maintenance and timely repairs.

The role requires reading technical drawings, working with minimal supervision, and willingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends when needed. Face-to-face, on-site work setup.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Technology, Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, Machine Shop Technology, or any related technical/vocational course.
• With experience in die maintenance, die repair, or tooling maintenance in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
• Can read and interpret technical drawings and die designs.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, and weekends when required.
