Job summary

Asaba Manufacturing Phils., Inc in Cebu City is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for die casting operations. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on die casting, process, and secondary machines, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, read diagrams, and be willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Vocational graduate in a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in die casting or manufacturing.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Experience with hot chamber/cold chamber die casting machines is a plus.
• Familiar with PLC-controlled machines and basic PLC troubleshooting.
• Welding/fabrication and CMMS knowledge preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on die casting, process, and secondary machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Respond to machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
• Conduct routine machine inspections and maintain maintenance records.
• Coordinate with Production during machine repairs and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and company standards.
• Support machine improvements and equipment modifications.
