PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Diamond Drilling Supervisor to lead drilling programs, supervise crews, and ensure safety and productivity across underground and surface operations. This role requires coordinating schedules, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining high standards of core recovery and sample integrity.

Experience in remote mining environments, FIFO/DIDO rosters, and strong leadership are essential for success in this challenging role.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional diamond drilling experience in mining or exploration.
Minimum 2 years supervising drilling crews or field-based teams.
Experience managing diamond drilling programs in underground/surface environments.

Responsabilités

Lead, supervise, and mentor drilling crews to ensure safe, efficient operations.
Coordinate daily drilling activities, manpower, equipment, and schedules.
Monitor productivity, core recovery, and safety compliance.
Ensure high-quality core sampling and compliance with requirements.
Drive continuous improvement, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
