Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in dialysis technical operations or biomedical equipment management.
• Strong knowledge of hemodialysis machines, water treatment systems, and dialyzer reprocessing.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to train and motivate staff.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and provide on-site support across multiple branches.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical operations across assigned dialysis clinics, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols.
• Supervise, train, and mentor dialysis technicians to maintain high levels of competence and professionalism.
• Conduct regular audits of technical processes, equipment, and water treatment systems to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting support and deploy to branches for urgent issue resolution or critical staffing needs.
• Ensure proper implementation of dialyzer reprocessing, machine maintenance, and infection control protocols.
• Coordinate with clinic leadership to address technical concerns and support smooth operational workflows.
